Your Personal Leadership Analysis
In this one on one session with me, I'll work with you to establish the things you need to be doing differently or the different things you need to do. We'll look at what you are doing at the moment and set out a high-level plan for changes you can implement, immediately, to better engage your team and drive the outcomes you want.
It’s painless and always rewarding, but only if you are serious about starting your journey to becoming a more effective leader.
Here's How it Works
This is a personalised one-on-one diagnostic where I work with you to understand what your current leadership looks like and what you can do to improve your effectiveness and results.
1. Your Leadership Analysis
To get the most out of our upcoming one-on-one (step 3, below) we begin with a leadership questionnaire that you complete, online, in your own time. This is where you take a look at your current leadership and identify the outcomes and results you want to change. This exercise alone is very powerful in helping you understand what you are working towards and identifying what needs to change.
When we receive your completed leadership questionnaire we review your responses and prepare for our one-on-one discussion.
3. One-on-One Review and Recommendation Discussion
This is a scheduled discussion between you and me, at a time that works for both of us. Typically for about an hour (sometimes a little less, we’ll spend as much time as we need to reach the outcomes we work towards) with specific objectives. This is a structured discussion and we provide tools for you to record the topics and key points we cover.
In this discussion we:
Clarify what you want from your team
Understand your current leadership activity
Identify what’s effective (working)
Consider what can be changed or improved (not working)
Decide what you need to do differently, or more effectively, to help your team deliver the outcomes you want
Outline your action plan for you to immediately begin implementing changes
4. Written Summary of Actions (optional)
Following our one-on-one session, we can give you a written summary of the discussion and an outline of our recommendations for you to move forward. This written summary takes a little longer and does incur an additional charge, so we encourage you to use the tools we provide, take your own notes and document your commitments to action as we discuss them.
